The room included central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. the bed was comfortable. - the personnel was very amiable, and the owner too. - the location was nice, easy walk to Marienbrunnen. - It was located in a nice enough area. - It was very pleasant 2 days, would stay there again

the overall experience was fantastic, greatly enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely go back. our room was new-fashioned and tastefully decorated, had hypo-allergenic pillows. location: the hotel was not far from the services offered and location as well as the main sights.

The location here is excellent, situated just off a charming square with shops and cozy bars. You can easily explore the castle area and other main attractions nearby. 🏰

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bad Mergentheim. the location was perfect - right in the center of town, with great access to all the sights and attractions. I loved being away from the bigger tourist spots and being able to explore the town at my own pace. Moreover, the hotel was right on the town square, which made it so convenient to go out and explore. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay, and their attention to detail was impressive. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a huge modern bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, and I enjoyed waking up to a delicious breakfast every morning.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was amazing! The breakfast was always delicious and kept us going the whole day. The staff was friendly and helpful, constantly accommodating to our needs. The location was perfect as we could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants in the town center. Plus, the rooms were clean and cozy, making us feel right at home.

The parking situation was not ideal as the car park was full and we had to park in a public site. the soundproofing in the hotel was not very good, meaning we could hear doors closing and voices in the hallway.
